1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Fuel Finder ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Fuel Finder is a free mobile application that displays fuel station locations and prices across the United Kingdom. The App uses data from the UK Government Fuel Finder service, made available under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to display accurate and up-to-date fuel prices:

• Fuel prices are sourced from the UK Government and are provided by fuel retailers
• Prices may not reflect the very latest changes at a station
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price data
• You should always verify the price at the pump before fuelling

4. Use of the App

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of finding fuel stations and prices
• Not use the App while driving — always pull over safely before using your phone
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App
• Not use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Yuvraj Shridhar. Fuel price data is Crown Copyright, used under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

6. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads are clearly distinguishable from App content. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Fuel prices displayed are current or accurate
• The App will be compatible with all devices
• Any station shown in the App will be open or operational

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on fuel price information.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
